Free access and optional emails

You can use the cards, download the printable journal and create a personal reflection PDF free of charge. An email subscription is optional and is not a condition of access. Collections marked “coming soon” are not currently available to purchase here.

Using the resources

You may download, print and reuse the free journal for your own personal, non-commercial reflection. You may keep and use the PDF containing your personal notes. You retain rights in the original writing you contribute.

The site's original artwork, card wording, journal design and branding belong to SelfImproveCoach or their respective rights holders, subject to applicable law. Do not resell, repackage, upload or redistribute the journal or card artwork as your own product. Share a link to this website so others can download their own copy. Please contact us about professional, group or commercial use. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.

Use with care

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass security, misuse the signup form or submit another person's email address without permission. Read the Disclaimer before relying on any content.

Saving your writing

The writing area is temporary. Leaving, refreshing or closing the page may clear it. Download a PDF if you want to keep your notes. We cannot recover writing that has not been saved to your device.

Availability and other websites

We aim to keep the experience useful and available, but features may change and access may occasionally be interrupted. Links to other websites take you to services governed by their own terms and policies. Any future paid products will have their own purchase terms supplied at checkout.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory rights. We may update these terms as the site develops; the date above shows the latest revision.
